How to measure the product’s size?

1 Bust

Measure from the stitches below the armpits on one side to another.

Under-bust

Measure straight across the under-bust band from edge to edge.

3 Waist

Measure straight across the narrowest waist line from edge to edge.

4 Bottom Length

Measure from the waistband to the leg opening or hem.

Online Store Payments
Our secure server software encrypts all your payment card details. The process scrambles all the information, allowing no unauthorised third party to intercept the data. Your browser will confirm that you are shopping in a secure environment by showing either a locked padlock icon or an image of a padlock next to the payment details in the relevant area of the website.

To ensure that your credit or debit card is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third-party databases.

When using Ikhokha as your payment method, please ensure there is confirmed delivery address. Tatia M reserve the right to not ship to unconfirmed addresses.

Electronic transfer Funds
All payment shall be due before delivery. If payment fails or is not cleared your order will be cancelled. There will be no delivery until clear funds have been received. To make order and pay via EFT, contact us to place your order specifying the product of your interest. We will then issue an order to you. Once you have received an order number, please pay the amount into the account below:

Lay-bye services

You can laybye instore or online at 10% deposit and pay in full within three months

Pep Courier

  • PEP store anywhere in South Africa (3-9 days)

What to do incase you receive an incorrect order
The customer has to inspect the goods on delivery and if the parcel is incorrect, can liaise with the TatiaM online customer services department to have it returned and your payment reimbursed.

TatiaM will allow a return on an item of merchandise returned within 14 days of date of delivery /receipt provided that:

  • The original invoice is presented on return as proof of purchase.
  • The price (swing) ticket is attached.
  • The item has not been worn or used.
  • Swimwear has the protective strip attached.
  • The item is in its original condition and packaging.
  • Items sold with promotional gifts are returned together with the gift.

No returns allowed for the following:

  • No returns of underwear or panties will be permitted.
  • No returns of swimwear without the protective strip will be permitted.
  • No returns of Gift Cards will be permitted.

Defective Goods
Please note we will gladly refund the consumer if the product had defect, provided the customer has:

  • Has the original invoice (so that we can prove purchase),
  • the product is within 1 months old from date of purchase,
  • if it is a manufacturing fault (upon assessment),  and the product has not been used.

Exchanges
Currently we are not able to offer exchanges for items purchased from our online store. If you’d like a different colour or size, you can exchange the item with us upon making an appointment  (Company email/ phone) to receive for a refund or place a new order.

For exchanges you will need to bring in a printed copy of your TatiaM Order Confirmation email with you as proof of purchase in order for our staff to assist you with your exchange.

Product Return Process
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return it, and all criteria above have been met, you need to follow the process below:

  • Pack item into box Pack the product(s) in their original protective packaging, with its original labeling and unworn to secure the product(s) you are returning.
  • Then pack the product(s) into the original TatiaM delivery box/packaging. Carefully seal the delivery box/packaging in order to make sure the parcel is safely returned to TatiaM. Should you be returning products from multiple orders at one time, please carefully pack the products belonging to the same order number together, and include the relevant delivery note received with each order. This will ensure a swift returns process.
  • Return parcel via  instore(Make an appointment) or courier (courier fees at the User’s own charge unless expressly agreed by TatiaM)
